We are reposting this APOSTOLIC LETTER , and or document that was publish in 2013 by Pope Francis ever sense, and every year as a reminder/warning to all courts, attorneys, judges, police… that laws have been put in order from many venues, and as well the exposure of all the truth that have been hidden from us, like that of the united States of America (Mayor), the Continent, where only national citizens reside, and United States of America (Minor, U.S. A.) that is an alleged corporation, and that deceivingly have enslaved us to their jurisdiction with lies, and confusion, calling and or naming us U.S. citizens (their citizen) in order for them to monetize themselves with our collateral global trust account without our consent, and or authority. Using our names with corporate personas, and disguising as the people government so they can achieve their goals with identity theft.
Being a U.S. A. citizen only gives us privileges instead of lawful rights(according to them), which is why with privileges they can take our homes, cars, and even our lives. In another way, this syndicate criminal body is the reason why everyone in this country is thrown on the streets whether you are a senior citizen or not or you are a family with children if you for example are behind with your mortgage payments that for a fact never was in the first place. There it was never a loan. All loan are a fraud. These actions are acts of war, and it is against all the human rights on the face of the earth, and the law of this nation. According to the OPPT (One People Public Trust), during the seventies, Freddy Mac, and Fannie Mae somehow manipulated bookkeeping, and in unison with the Private Corporate Court Room (that disguise as Public court of the american people), and along with the big boys and big girls from the private Club name the BAR, and along with the former, and perpetrator of all, the private Federal Reserve Bank, they developed some measures to enslaved the American people to making monthly payments of loans that never was, and this includes all debts… students loans, car loans…etc. All enforced by the bar, and protected by their corporate police force.
These criminals are the ones that lavish themselves and or call themselves the “chosen ones” and or the creditors while we the people are the debtors. The fact is that it is all the other way around.
A judge name Anna Von Ritz is doing a great job along with many others like her all across this nation in exposing the fraud by the courts, and the corporation of the United States of America (Minor) that in 2012 was dissolve. Meaning the OPPT and for their crimes against humanity, closed all their corporations worldwide. These criminals, along with the Vatican, and the Crown were all wiped out of all that they had, which it was us! In fact, even the Federal Government is dissolved! This is a long event that we are not going to explain here now, but it has been the most wonderful thing that can ever happened to planet earth, Inclusive the OPPT freed everyone from the Corporations that until now had everyone under their control. ALL that these corporations had was taking away from them. It will take a few years for everything to settle and us all get an understanding of what has taking place. The “Vermin in black suits” as Judge Anna call the Judges of the corporate private courts room, are the culprits of all- they, and the BAR try to navigate our people to their private court so they can take you as their vessel, and then take our property, our children, and for that matter all that we ever owned. They even have the audacity to disguise themselves as public officials of the American people, when in truth they are working for a corporation no different than Burger King, or Sears! And the despicable attorneys, and esquires that by the way are either Israelis, German, or British(they all must be British citizen), are the biggest mob of all, along with the police that have as much power on civilian lives as does a “mall cop.” By the way, their police force is trained in terrorist camp in corporate Israel, so they can comeback home, their own country, the Republic of the united States of America to betrayed their own brothers, and sisters just like you see on our streets of our cities the way they infringe on the daily lives of the American people, and in violation of their own chatter, and in breach of the Constitution FOR the united States of America. Talking about being brainwashed by these criminals that think of their own police as “their pets” and us the people as their slaves.
Attorneys, Esquires, the police, and judges are all con men and women full of lies, greed, and pretentious delusional mind that they are better than anything else, and a mind set that the American people are stupid as stupid can be, and only them can save them. Nothing can be further from the truth. These con men and women are all practicing fraud that they themselves wrote! in fact they can never practice law or they will be disbarred! They have done a great job in keeping our laws hidden so they can benefit themselves rampantly within this country, and worldwide. Literally, they have siphoned all our rights, and our energy, actually they are energy suckers and or Archons in a human body. Archons are entities that lives in the fourth dimension of earth, and the only source of survival is the energy of humanity, if they can get to contract with us which is very easy.
The fact is that the American people have reached the max with this fraud, and actions are being taking as we speak from all four corners of the Globe, and we are most certain many are the county clerks, judges, and attorneys that will be wiped out of all that they have, including jail for life to a facility in Guam, or the Virgin Island or Puerto Rico, which are territories of the alleged corporation of the United States of America Inc., if they do not shift consciousness to a higher level, and truly apologized to the American people.
We can tell you that starting in January of 2016 every transaction done by any court/judges/attorneys/county clerks, attorney general, sheriffs, and real state agencies, and its agents where an American citizen was/is put on the streets by them, meaning they foreclosed on their homes or land through one way or another, and even a ticket being issued by the police, will be known. We can tell you that we have the names and or BAR card number of every attorney in America, and others, if that should freak you out. Do you know why? Because they have due to pay and we know where their money is, and somehow we’ll be deducting that money for every home and land they foreclosed upon, and every innocent victim they put in jail in this country, and this include collecting agencies all across this nation that disguise by names of “corporations”, LLC/LLP, and that under coercions have families and senior citizens giving them their hard working labor, and even social security. These corporations and or collecting agencies are run by zionists attorneys and or so call investors thugs, and psychopaths of course, disguising as the people government, along with robotic humans that do not know what the word “law” means and that under trusts fraud have been using us, the people as humans chattels so they can commit “trust fraud, and identity theft”, with our names spelled a million ways in order to distinguish who is using it to suck up the trust funds from our global collateral trust account, and then having the audacity to bill us later so they can double dip us with more fraud right in front of our nose.
The facts are that these outlaw are nothing more than criminals and they should be treated as such. They are top gun “fake bill collectors” that time has come to pass. BE FOR certain that their offices will be homes for the homeless they put on the streets, and do not get us started what we’ll do with all the high rises courts buildings, jails, and banks buildings all across this nation.
For now we tell you that ignorance of the law is no excuse. Our people are the inheritors of our land, and depriving them of their lawful rights can get you ten, twenty, and even death by hanging if you fuck with their rights. Remember this, and we have you covered, and your lies are all counted each one by one by creator that in the comfort of his heavenly ship, is watching every malicious act you do to your own brothers and sisters.
For those that have an eye to see and an ear to hear: Take Note because we are thirsty for you, not because we are going to be violent but because we do not think that deposing people of their property when you never loaned a loan is not a laughing matter nor were you ever in the position to do so. Nothing is of a greater crime! AND Nothing will go un-noticed by us, nothing, not even those poor people you put on the streets lately in Long Beach, Rochester, Long Island, Jamaica…New York. ISSUED MOTU PROPRIO
OF THE SUPREME PONTIFF
FRANCIS
ON THE JURISDICTION OF JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES OF VATICAN CITY STATE
IN CRIMINAL MATTERS
In our times, the common good is increasingly threatened by transnational organized crime, the improper use of the markets and of the economy, as well as by terrorism.
It is therefore necessary for the international community to adopt adequate legal instruments to prevent and counter criminal activities, by promoting international judicial cooperation on criminal matters.
In ratifying numerous international conventions in these areas, and acting also on behalf of Vatican City State, the Holy See has constantly maintained that such agreements are effective means to prevent criminal activities that threaten human dignity, the common good and peace.
With a view to renewing the Apostolic See’s commitment to cooperate to these ends, by means of this Apostolic Letter issued Motu Proprio, I establish that:
1. The competent Judicial Authorities of Vatican City State shall also exercise penal jurisdiction over:
a) crimes committed against the security, the fundamental interests or the patrimony of the Holy See;
b) crimes referred to:
– in Vatican City State Law No. VIII, of 11 July 2013, containing Supplementary Norms on Criminal Law Matters;
– in Vatican City State Law No. IX, of 11 July 2013, containing Amendments to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code;
when such crimes are committed by the persons referred to in paragraph 3 below, in the exercise of their functions;
c) any other crime whose prosecution is required by an international agreement ratified by the Holy See, if the perpetrator is physically present in the territory of Vatican City State and has not been extradited.
2. The crimes referred to in paragraph 1 are to be judged pursuant to the criminal law in force in Vatican City State at the time of their commission, without prejudice to the general principles of the legal system on the temporal application of criminal laws.
3. For the purposes of Vatican criminal law, the following persons are deemed “public officials”:
a) members, officials and personnel of the various organs of the Roman Curia and of the Institutions connected to it.
b) papal legates and diplomatic personnel of the Holy See.
c) those persons who serve as representatives, managers or directors, as well as persons who even de facto manage or exercise control over the entities directly dependent on the Holy See and listed in the registry of canonical juridical persons kept by the Governorate of Vatican City State;
d) any other person holding an administrative or judicial mandate in the Holy See, permanent or temporary, paid or unpaid, irrespective of that person’s seniority.
4. The jurisdiction referred to in paragraph 1 comprises also the administrative liability of juridical persons arising from crimes, as regulated by Vatican City State laws.
5. When the same matters are prosecuted in other States, the provisions in force in Vatican City State on concurrent jurisdiction shall apply.
6. The content of article 23 of Law No. CXIX of 21 November 1987, which approves the Judicial Order of Vatican City State remains in force.
This I decide and establish, anything to the contrary notwithstanding.
I establish that this Apostolic Letter issued Motu Proprio will be promulgated by its publication in L’Osservatore Romano, entering into force on 1 September 2013.
