The perpetrator of such crime is David Ira Weprin, a former esquire that had the audacity to do a Corporate transferred of property unlawfully, and without the expressed consent and authority of its owner, Fe Esperanza Ramirez, and her family to GABRIELA’S REALTY, LLC/Vlash Pepa/Vinny Pepa, with address of 138-39-78th Avenue, Flushing, New York 11367, ET AL… IF a transferred of water billing has occurred without the written consent of the property owner, Fe Esperanza Ramirez this will have to be Nulled and Void. Cancelled immediately and without prejudice, as we not socialized with CITY criminals.
