THIS Contract made this day of 12-28-15 between Fe Esperanza Ramirez, Grantor, and IUV Trust, Maria Fabre, Mercedes Reinoso, Jazmin Ramirez, Antonio Ramirez, Lucia Ramirez, and Fe Esperanza Ramirez, with all rights reserve, Grantees, whose address is 149-39 83 Street, Howard Beach New York 11414, without prejudice.

As party or parties of the second part, hereinafter call Grantees (the words “Grantor” and “Grantees” to includes their respective heirs, lawful representatives, trust, trustees, and successors where the context requires and permits).

WITNESSETH that: Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollar ($100.00) and other goods and valuable consideration in hand paid and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sold, alien, unto the said Grantees the following described land, situated lying, and being in Queens, New York with all rights reserve to wit:

No person shall, because of race, color, creed, or religion, be subjected to any discrimination in his or her civil rights by any other person, or by any Firm, Corporation, or Institution, or by the State or by any Agency or subdivision of the State; And pursuant to the right to contract or not to contract which is unlimited, and pursuant to the facts that Without a binding contract-individual to individual, no instrument exists to compel performance, without prejudice, and pursuant to the Declaration of Independence thereof.

LET IT BE KNOWN to all alive and dead that this property is unalienable.

THIS property has no debt. All debts are settled.

LET IT BE KNOWN to all alive and dead that this property, and its owner(s) are not under the written, and delegated jurisdictions of any corporate judicial system in “THE STATE OF NEW YORK; COURT OF…, JUDGE OF…, REFEREE OF…, FIRM OF…, HOUSING PART OF…, BOROUGH OF…, CLERK OF…, ACRIS OF…, NY CITY REGISTRAR OF…, PUBLIC NOTARY OF…, FE ESPERANZA RAMIREZ OF…, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC…, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC…,”  We do not consent to serve the “BIG STATE WHORES” of corporations that relied upon their God of lies, that name is MALOCH, to bring them wealth, and pleasures by taking away the civil rights of the people. They are the Jews that call themselves Jews that are not. They are the terrorist’s antichrist mafia that works against humanity. We the people repudiate your crimes.

THIS PROPERTY is legally and lawfully under the jurisdiction of its owner (s), Fe Esperanza Ramirez, and all other owners as trustees, united as ONE of IUV TRUST, and without prejudice.

FURTHER, the trustees of property do not consent to contract with terrorists’ corporate agents, warmongers, paid for hire whores, and perjurers that commit crimes of DEED FRAUD, willful identity theft, violation of public peace, violation of public trust, robbery and thievery, lying, cheating, human trafficking, slavery, pedophilia, extortion, barratry, and hording of money.

FURTHER, the owner(s) of property do not CONSENT to be SURETY(s) of any fabricated and or hypothecated loan by corporates’ terrorists; the BAR (that are buried), or any of the like. NOR is/are the owner(s) of this property consent of the State of New York, CPLR 2116, and RPAPL &713(1) that are statutes laws that are undelegated, and or fabricated by the BAR, and it only applies to that society and not to any private state. FURTHER, this property has a commercial lien of $5.5 million dollars on it, and anyone that wishes to own this property by means of abstract, arbitrarily, unconsented, and without the owner(s) wet-ink pen signature on a mutual contract between two party, would need to pay that amount upfront without prejudice. ANY CONTRACT pertaining to this property would have to be authorized by the owners, and or ONE of the owners acting as representative of property. This representative would have to sign and display a CODE that all owners would need to know when signing a contract concerning this property, and with wet-ink pen signature, and a mutual contract between two party. The code could be a word or a number, and it must be displayed following his or her signature. This CODE is equal to all owner’s signatures, and without prejudice.
