ET, AL, et, al; former David Ira Weprin, ET, AL, et, al; Gabriela’s Realty, LLC., ET, AL, et, al; Vinny Pepa/Vlash Pepa, ET, AL, et, al, NY City Registrar, ET, AL, et, al; Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. ET, AL, et, al; Peddy, Berkman Henock Peterson Peddy, and Fenchel, ET, AL, et, al; and Brian Goldberg, ET, AL, et, al; Police Agents, ET, AL, and the United States, Inc., ET, AL, et, al, have 72 hours to file at court the statute and implementing regulation, State, Federal or International Register, with volume and page number, where a requirement has been published that states I must comply with your demand without my consent; 2) The statute and implementing regulations that states or authorizes your jurisdiction over my domicil of mind and body, my mind and body’s current domicil by choice, my private land and my private property without my consent; further, the delegated authority from the government of The United States of America that each have to be collecting indebtedness from owners of real estate property in this country, and personally, from Fe Esperanza Ramirez. I denied executing any accommodation agreement, knowingly, willingly, and intentionally giving my consent or otherwise giving authority over my domicil of mind and body, my current body’s domicil by choice, my private land and my private property, inclusive of any grant authority to represent me and present on my behalf, to any and all “STATE OF…” the United States, or International equivalents, sign under the penalty of perjury under the laws of The United States of America, any and all “STATE OF…” and International equivalent, inclusive of any and all department and offices, that the foregoing is true, accurate, and complete.

Failure to produce the documentation as demanded renders the above allegations as truth, and granting all a Certificate of Dishonor, and PERMANENT INJUNCTION to all entities above. CEASE and DESIST of any contact with Fe Esperanza Ramirez, ET, AL, et, al, all rights reserved, and the property of 149-39 83 Street, Howard Beach, New York, ET, AL, et, al, all rights reserved. Further, an indebtedness of $2.5 million dollars is demanded from Gabriela’s, Realty, LLC, who’s owner is Vinny Pepa, and Vlash Pepa, and $ 1.5 million from the firm/agency of Daniels, Norelli, Cecere & Tavel, P.C., ET, AL, et, al, to be paid directly in person, and on cashier checks on date of 3/14/17 to Fe Esperanza Ramirez. A copy of checks can be filed in court as proved of perpetrators meeting their commercial liability, and responsibility of fines for crimes committed of Commercial war crimes of willful identity theft, semantic deceit, malfeasance, violation of public peace, violation of public trust, human trafficking/slavery for profit; un-delegated authority, coercion, extortion, subordination, subjugation, and Deed Fraud. This is only a pre portion of the full amount each perpetrator has in indebtedness that needs to be paid in full immediately.

FURTHER, Fe Esperanza Ramirez and family are not soliciting, and or do not Consent to Contract with corporate’s terrorists’ agents, paid for hire whores, perjurers, and warmongers.
