To all alleged, you do not represent me, and any presumption that you had, has been repudiated, and or rescind a long time ago. Furthermore, there it is no where to be found that you loaned porfirio ramirez a loan, and we sent you presentments where specifically gives account details about the said credit card debt being paid off, and as well being discharged at your own court. With this being said you shouldn’t and or did not need to go on filing another Index Number, and or opening again another case in court in order for you to go on stealing for the second time around from personal private accounts under crimes of willful identity theft by the alleged bill collectors call attorneys that disguise as Federal employees, and or public officials of the American people.

You Just Judged Yourself by your Own Actions.

All alleged entities that are mentioned above are granted a fine of ten thousand dollars each for crimes committed of willful identity theft, embezzlement of credit, inland piracy, currency manipulation, malfeasance, barratry, and treason.
