David Weprin, that happens being former esquire/agent that pushed aside in court: Fe Esperanza Ramirez when she caught him face to face auctioning her property, after she/we have sent him, and all counterpart countless warning to stop their commercial war crimes against the Ramirez family, (former because all attorneys and esquires/the BAR are buried), due to the fact of crimes being committing upon the American people. Below are the second coming from David Weprin’s Deed fraud, received for us on 11/25/16 after on record: NEW YORK CITY REGISTRAR 11/10/16. Further, we received a letter from Acris saying that someone is trying to do a Deed fraud on our property, dated on November 11/11/16.
We sent the letter back to them next day, thanking them for the warning, and along with the second coming of David’s Deed Fraud: for all nulled and void. Cancelled:Defunct, and with a letter of warning, telling the Registrar office that indeed it has been a deed fraud, and that it need be deal with immediately to avoid further action from their criminals agents: See letter below, and post office receipts:
